Opencart WB

I have a standard OpenCart installed and need a template developed to match the client's existing site. Please provide a price quote and time to complete. Finished template should resemble client's site.

If this process goes smoothly, I would like to offer additional work on Open Cart, as we are migrating our clients from OSCommerce to Open Cart. We pay quickly (PayPal is preferred) but require a low cost.

Links to existing site on attached txt file. All artwork is available from existing site design. We are looking for something attractive, but not complicated.
