I prototype professionally. I can 3-D print PLA in my office. Casting in silicone is also not an issue. If the project requires SLA printing rather than PLA, I can access that as well.

Hello, I am an Industrial designer with Product design experience of 20 years. I have experience in enclosure design. design for IP 65 . which is what your product requires. If there is a requirement for IP 67 that can also be done. An interesting and attractive ID will not add cost. We need to look at reducing number of parts, easy moulding, if plastic or FRP.
