PSD to HTML

I Need a website coded from a PSD file and converted into a website that has 6 inner pages. The website currently sells 1 dedicated product only which is an eyewear product(more products will be added in future), the pages are; Contact, About Us, Product Details, New Products, Delivery. The website will aslo need to have ecommerce and a login section for visitors to the site to register their details in order to make purchases or make purchases as a guest. The customer login section will also need to have a facitlity for customers to check the status of their order, with an admin CMS panel for updating pictures and content on on the [login to view URL] payment gateway will be Paypal and so it is important that the person bidding on the project is totally conversant with intergrating the shopping cart and the paypal transaction process so that after the purchase the custome is redirected back to the website for confirmation of the order which needs to be totally seamless. The product details page will need to display a showcase image of the eyewer product with provisions for product details in a text area and also a margin for thumbnails of the eyewear showing different product photos that can be expanded with the use of lightbox or a similar application. The contact page would consist of a contact us form and provisions for a text area, the deivery page would also consist of a tex area, as also with the About Us page, and all inner pages will be a similar in design content layout to the homepage and any suggestions to enhance the appearance would be welcomed . Its important that the PSD file is sliced as much as possible so that all text can be crawled by search engines and for the website to have SEO and be compatible with google analytics and be cross browser compatible. Ideally I would like to have all files uploaded to my FTP server and MyPhp SQL files to my database with access being given to these for the person making the coding. Thanks for reading.
