I have worked similar type of problem before but yes I can do machine learning on this project and get good results. Good afternoon. 3000 rows is not very large. There wouldn't be any reason to break out hadoop for such a small file size. Since the data is already numeric, I don't quite see how a CNN is supposed to be used, as they are for unstructured data (images). This sounds more like a job for an ANN, and this should be fairly easy, perhaps possible with a simple regression model and better suited as once again, 3000 rows is not a lot. If you would like any clarification on the methods I would use, please provide a sample of the data and I would be happy to oblige.

For value (and table) kind of data, XGBoost or RF should work. No need for CNN or DNN. The task is quite doable. Mostly focusing on data cleaning.
