Help set up a wifi mac address tracking system with possible heat mapping like probr

I would like a system that would send customizable alerts when specified mac addresses are within certain ranges. I have looked into probr and snoopy solutions, but other options are acceptable. Heat mapping and time spent at each location is needed. Also a step by step documentation must be done so that further raspberry pi's drones can be set up in the future. Also the ability to set a drone on a virtual machine with GPS to take around on a laptop is needed. Video chat or some type of communication to get things working is also required.
