Python Master (typically Tech-Lead) needed 4 Comprehensive Software Engineering

As a tech enthusiast with a vision, I require the expertise of a seasoned Python master (often senior tech lead).
A master is having many years of experience with coding but far more: experience with ensure high QA in a team.
So often a master is the tech lead and software architect.
If you have never lead a project with many python developers you are probably unaware of all the things here we request.
My project involves diverse Python project build strategies and thorough code beautification and static analysis.
Key aspects of the project include:
Setting up Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) build, which runs:
- packaging projects into both PEX and Pyinstaller formats
- Implementing extensive source formatting/beautifying/linting
- Performing in-depth static code analysis with reporting and build breaking if user do not comply
- Executing unit tests accurately with reporting and build breaking if user do not increase fail count
- Executing code coverage checks with reporting and build breaking if developer decrease coverage
Please note that there isn’t an initial code repository for this project. So, I'll be needing assistance right from the creation phase through to the final touches.
Ideal Skillset:
- Strong hands-on experience with python.
- Proficiency with CI/CD build set ups.
- Familiarity with both PEX and Pyinstaller python project builds.
- In-depth understanding of source formatting/beautifying and static code analysis.

- Strong testing background, with experience in executing unit tests.
- ideal candidate has multiple years of enterprise projects experiences
- ideal candidate has java/maven background
- ideal candidate is using sonarqube and can demo it for his python projects too
This project necessitates an intensive focus on code quality and readability. I am looking forward to working with someone who appreciates the intricate beauty of a well-structured, thoroughly analyzed and tested code.
All milestones and intermediate steps require use of poetry!
Each task/subtask is callable independently via poetry
MS1:
- take a arbitrary python project (we have a game set)
- build the package
- run the unit tests via poetry
- run the coverage analysis
- share commands to use
MS2:
- package into PEX (runable under all OSes, shall be by default)
- package into pyinstaller (runable under win, mac, linux)
MS3:
- run code style checking
- run code beautification/formatting
- share commands to use
MS4:
- suggest tools for static code analysis
- run static code analysis
- share commands to use
Budget?
will not be disclosed, place your best bid to get considered
What is next?
We will share you a NDA and afterwards a paid test task.
Payment?
- you estimate in a WBS (optimistic, expected, pessimistic, where optimistic < expected < pessimistic) after getting the task
- we discuss about clearances and effort
- we mutually agree to effort
- we assign you the task after mutually agreed
- you implement, test and deliver
- you provide also unit /integration tests to ensure code is always working
- you document each required step to make interaction of systems to work
- we test on our premise (you maybe help to fix issues)

Closed book vs open book?
We work only on open book.
Closed book means you are unwilling to define a WBS for the work and you add only a price tag to the task.
