Quantopian Python Algorithm work with Robinhoood

I want an algorithm built that buys the dip of a stock and then sells for a gain hopefully. It must work with quantopian and robinhood trading account. It should buy a stock if it drops below .93 of opening price for that day and sell once it is 1.05 of purchase price. I would also like the program to be able to be scaled so it can work with 1 stock or 50 different stocks.
