I need a small function in Python that takes a URL (which is an ONVIF camera snapshot photo) then save the photo in a new folder with timestamp_counter name (e.g : 20161116_1), and the photo will be also saved as [login to view URL] (e.g : [login to view URL]). (The task is required now within 4 hrs)!
