I need an engineer - acoustics

Need an acoustics engineer to review and analyze the noise model for Hensley Field in Grand Prairie, TX and determine if three single family homes to be built within the filed's noise contour require anything to meet the acceptable decibel levels. The homes will be just within the contour and next to each other. In fact, half of the first lot falls outside the noise contour.
