3D Concept House Design

I need an experienced architectural designer to improve, modify and check 3D model of a house that I created in SkatchUp. As a successful freelancer you will have a clear understanding of such concepts as "building envelope" (restrictions of height, distances from the boundaries, etc.). Also skills in optimising space would be useful. The floor layouts are there, but they may need improving, since my skills could be rated as "amateur" (at best). To summarise the project, I will require the following:
1. Finalised Concept 3D plan with different elements on separate Layers in Skatchup (I already have done that, but it needs a professional touch).
2. Render with Interior design ideas as well as windows and door placements (i.e. from 3D Warehouse). Also, the exterior cladding ideas would be nice.
At this point I am after "good looking concepts" Once you prove your skills, we could work on more detailed plans. I am including snapshots from Skatchup to give you some idea of what this is all about. I will provide to the right person the Skatchup files as well as the regulations (i.e. maximum heights etc.).
