Golf Club Breakdown Animation

I have a 3d Cad model of a golf club driver and its pieces. I need someone to make an animation with the camera spinning around the object, and some pieces moving and assembling. Here is a very good example : [login to view URL]
The video will be 30 seconds - 1minute long. 3ds Max and Vray must be used. I will need the source files at the end of the project with the .max file, textures, and any post production. You will not need to add any sound. I will also probably need 2-3 previews/test for remarks and comments.
I will provide the 3d model, materials/colors, and instructions for the animation.
In your proposal please include:
1) Cost of animation
2) Time needed to complete
3) Acknowledge you will use 3ds Max, Vray (please let me know if you plan to use any post production software)
4) Examples of similar projects you have completed.
