Need a Ruby on Rails developer

We have a web app (scheduling app for shared kitchen), which is built with Ruby on rails, and lives in herokuapp. We're looking for someone who is able get up to speed on the app, and moving forward help us with small maintenance tasks as needed. We are non-technical, so cant give much feedback on how it is setup, but I can give you the login to the system and have you take it from there.
I want to be clear that its quite rare that we need support. Maybe a few hours in 6 months. Mainly when the app goes down for some reason, or we need a very minor fix.
We'd like someone who can get back to us within 2 days to fix issues as they come up.
