We are looking for someone who can build e-commerce site, can use templates. I need to be able easily to change pictures and descriptions.
Each product will have 3 different image sizes
. The site should have shopping card, inventory management features and must accept credit cards as well as Pay Pal,and should be ready for customers to begin ordering online.
On checkout pages- billing and shipping address should be matched (to prevent fraud). This site should be similar to [url removed, login to view] or

Than we will need strong marketing campaign for this store. We will need relevant one-way, only high quality links from google with PR4 or higher sites. Link must be permanent, static html. We’re looking for ethical SEO and will not accept link farms, doorway pages, redirects, cloaking, pages that have more than 50 outbound links or automated submission programs or any strategies that will hurt our site. Please explain, how you plane to achieve this. After progress will be made we will continue to pay on monthly bases for further improvement of site rank.
We also are planning to open auction site, for which we have basic script that will require some additions and aggressive marketing campaign
