Magento site revisions and ongoing maintenance

We need an ongoing web designer to make changes and upgrades safely and professionally to our live ecommerce site. We need our designer to be easily contactable and to respond fast when we have errors or upgrades to carry out. This will be lots of work in the future. To get you started we need the following doing: Checkout changes 1: Add place order button at top of screen as well as bottom on this page: [login to view URL] - We think people are dropping out of the cart process here as they don't scroll down to the bottom to find the continue button. Product page changes 1: Remove "availability", "email to a friend" links. 2: Line up price, "add to cart" button, quantity and like button 3: Add a truncated version of description to right of product image. At the moment they are taken to a different page every time they want to add something, then the have to choose to proceed from there. We may be loosing customers here. Set up "the find" feed can we get a php version of our home page banner that will work on iPad and iPhone. test the site on iPad and iPhone to make sure it works all the way through to a purchase.
