Part-time Marketing and Admin Assistant

A Brisbane based Marketing and Advertising firm who specialises in marketing strategy, development and implementation, branding, social media, email marketing, content generation and more is currently have a great opportunity for a talented, organised, tenacious Marketing and Administration Assistant to serve as support to the Managing Director/Marketing Strategist and to help with daily administration of a growing team in a very dynamic business. The role will be responsible for executive and administrative support for marketing leadership as well as providing program oversight and reporting for key marketing initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES *Administrative* Weekly reports - time reports, client hours Download and input data into reports Diary Management/Making appointments Market research Build and update content bank - spreadsheet with links to all content (recipes, blogs, etc) Build internal links to NEW content from OLD content - build links *Marketing and Events* Create events in Eventbrite Edit Ontrapages with Eventbrite links Publish events in likewise groups Content creation Creating and editing videos from our footage *Digital and Social Media* Upkeep Linkedin Create Social Media Graphics using Canva Categorise image stock library Download stock photos Web health checks and reports Writing video scripts (with guidelines) Upload videos to Youtube Create playlists in Youtube Optimising youtube videos with title, links, keywords, categories Transcribe videos to create blog, Youtube descriptions, eBooks Create eBooks from videos Creating Pinterest boards with keywords, links, Create draft posts in WordPress, with H1, H2, H3 tags, layout, images, formatting Contact anyone mentioned in our social media contents/posts with a pre-written email as they may want to share it, and put on their website Optimise all existing blogs with images Updating SEO plugin with keywords, tags, etc Create slideshare from transcribed content and post on slideshare Create instagram images, draft in Schedugram Create “likewise” lists of groups and pages that are relevant to content Share content in “likewise” lists Turn blog post into infographic Design - Create Facebook ad images Keyword research for upcoming content creation Find quotes Create quotes in Canva *SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS* - Submit your applications together with your most up to date resume (updated up to present) - Link or attach your portfolio or other samples of your work - Include your Skype ID as we are already conducting interviews for the role - Please note that your resume must summarise the responsibilities you've handled from your previous roles. - Applicants not following the above instructions will automatically be declined.* Note: This is on-going, long-term and not project based. :)
