I assume you are looking for a web file scrapper which will run on scheduled time. This scrapper will download a given file from ftp/sftp/url matching to regex provided and save it into local folder. This saving should be in provided formats as csv, json,xml. can you please provide example sites from where the files has to fetched or atleast the sample url with file name. About me. I have worked with Microsoft SQL server (MsSQL) and know the APIs to interface with this product in an efficient manner. I have written code to export CSV. This is an area that I am very comfortable with. I envisage an application dialog with a drop down "Configuration:" at the top, allowing the user to choose from the saved Profiles. The user would be able to run multiple instances and choose different profiles - all saved to the windows registry. For the Schedule process, I see another method of storing the profile with an associated query, which would then be added to the scheduler, so that the stored query would be run with the associated query on the requested schedule.
