Hi there, I'm a C/C+= software engineer from the days of COBOL and MS-DOS, UNIX etc. I used to do COBOL programming in the 80s on IBM S/'36 super minis. Anyway, this is a pretty straight-forward task, involving reading binary files with your COBOL schemas mentioned, and storing them as CSV fikle, for use in SQL. Should be relatively straight-forward, by the looks of the binary files and the COBOL schema definitions provided. If interested, I can look in to it further, and we can have an initial chat? Cheers

Hi, You need translate binary based cobol database to cvs file for upload in sql. I can use C# or node.js for this task. I can use stored procedure for that. I use SQL for Account, CRM, ERP task form 1996 year. I have exp on ERP & Account system include 1c: ERP and more. I am a full time programmer with 20 year exp in Russia. Hi, I can assist you with transforming IMS DB Unload files into a comma separated files so that the transformed/edited data can be loaded into a respective Sql Server database. I'm knowledgeable in Mainframe COBOL and assume you got those IMS unload files from a mainframe/AS400 machines. I understand that IMS DB is a hierarchical database and you need those unloaded files transformed and loaded into a Sql Server Database, which is a relational database.
