I need a windows application that will run on all versions of Windows XP (SP1, 2, 3), Vista, 7 (all versions), 10
This application should run without any other dependencies, frameworks, or anything installed.
This app should run an embedded version of chrome (chromium) in full screen mode. It should be the top-most window and not allow any popups or messages or anything on top of the web browser window.
It needs these settings:
1. URL (this is the web address the browser will load)
2. Reset Seconds (After this number of seconds of inactivity it will return to the home URL)
The web browser should cache all of the website locally and refresh the cache when the program re-launches. This way it will run very fast.
It should run as a single executable without any installation.
