We need modifications to the Dotnet IPFS implementation
- Ability to pass custom seed nodes
- Ability to use Nsec ED25519 implementation for crypto
- Ability to use blake2b for hashing functionality
- Fix bug in underlying Mdns package on ubuntu
- Ability to specify data directory
- Ability to pass a secure string rather than char array for password when instantiating the engine
