P.S: Only apply if you have forked any Blockchain and know how Stellar works to save each other's time. 1. Can we change consensus mechanism of Stellar? 2. If not, what can we change so that it does not look like copy of Stellar ? 3. Can we put lock/unlock feature of tokens created on new blockchain? 4. Can we change inflation thing in Stellar?
