It's a very low budget project, so our requirements are simple- we even don't mind if you modify any existing software like NCH IVM- all we need is an application where we will provide VoIP/SIP Accounts & List of Numbers, and where this app should send missed-call's to (disconnect the call when its starts ringing) - I am not sure but I think it should be very easy because sip usually changes "call state" to "ringing/alerting" when its starts ringing/alerting and if that status is found, just disconnect the call.
