Needed an experienced Software engineer

We are a live-event production company that focuses on dance competitions. Our normal day of operation for these applications is continuously recording 3 minute dances as separate files in the capture app, and simultaneously throwing those files into the encode app for deliverables. We have 4 tours all having concurrent shows every weekend and each has a rack of computers to use the app, although their builds differ. We have had some problems over the years with the applications. To be more specific, the current issues we've experienced is just inconsistent performance across different PCs. Sometimes the application refuses to install or some features don't work properly on certain computers. The encode application also seems to 'skip' where the bitrate seems to consistently drop every few seconds on the outputted video. We are looking for an extensive software engineer with enough experience to slove this problem.
