Looking for someone who can create an ERC-20 contract with the following functions:
- 1 Trillion total supply
- 7% fee of each transaction goes to 2 developer wallets in ETH (I'll enter the wallets when deploying with remix)
- 3% fee of each sell is redistributed to holders
- Initial buy limit at 2,000,000,000 tokens, you'll have to guide me on how to set this limit and how to lift it once I want to do so
- Permanent sell limit of 4,000,000,000 tokens
- 30 seconds cooldown on each buy, 2 minutes cooldown on each sell.
- Teach me how to lock liquidity before trading is enabled
