Looking for someone to contact the Clerk of Courts for several US counties across the US. You will be requesting records. Prior to making the phone calls you will cross check a list of counties to ensure that you only contact offices that have not been contacted in the past. You will then call the Clerk requesting the records. Not many officials will know what document you are referring to but you must be persistent in order to be directed to the right person (or webpage). I will train you on this as this is the whole point of the call. You must be able to speak clear English. You must be able to perform duties between 7am EST to 7pm EST. This would be a temporary position to start. I am working on building a this new business so if your assistance helps then I will ask you to perform more duties if your are interested.

I've been a customer service agent for about 8 years. I'm trained in the British, American and Austrian Accents so a native american's accent is easy. Besides, I've experience in various process both technical and non-technical. In terms of technical. it is a Tier 3 ATT ConnecTech support, a level of support nobody in technical backgrounds provide these days. Besides that, Notably I've also worked with sales processes. In both of these ATT processes I've been a process trainer and a voice and accent trainer. With the best agent and trainer awards, I've also gone through two different training certification programs which means that if we in the future want to expand, I'm the best person to equip others down the lane.
