Phone Calls in Dutch

(HRM LEADS offers a variety of products/services for HR service providers to market themselves. Our most popular products are online events; as a matter of fact, we are the leading online event provider for the HR field in Europe. What do we need from you? We need assistance with one of the steps in the proces below: step 5 only. Your job would be to go through the list we provide of people to contact. If there is no phone number, you'd have to find it (Google, call company's general number and ask for the person's number, etc.) and then call and set up dates/times, using our sales person's calendar as a guide. Additionally, we may ask you to construct some texts (emails) in Dutch. The regular process for getting a paid customer for an online event is as follows (simplified): 1. Research companies that offer HR services/products in a given market that fit the topic of whatever event we're providing (e.g., Recruiting) 2. Contact companies' marketing directors (and other leadership) via LinkedIn 3. Once contact request is accepted, enter details into our database 4. Send e-mail presenting our services and specific online event we're getting speakers for 5. Find the phone number of person (if not provided in LinkedIn) and MAKE A PHONE CALL, REQUESTING A DATE WHEN A SALES CONVERSATION CAN BE DONE 6. Set up date in GoToMeeting (or other, if potential customer requests it) 7. Make the sales conversation 8. Follow up Requirements: 1. Be a native (or native-like) Dutch speaker. 2. Have sufficient English skill to communicate your results to our sales person. 3. Have superior telephone skills - be friendly, courteous, well-spoken, etc. 4. Have a sense of team spirit - if you successfully make dates for conversations, the sales team will be able to do its job, and the whole company benefits from it 5. Be computer literate - Internet and Office savvy are understood Possible future: After a trial period, we can discuss expanding your responsibilities and (monetary) perks to incentivize you.
