Hi, We are a commercial gym equipment supplier, currently supplying gyms with equipment and rubber flooring Australia wide. We are now looking to expand and increase our market share in the fitness equipment industry. Your role will be to cold call gyms around Australia and find gym's who are looking at purchasing equipment. Once, you have a prospect, your job is to book them in for an appointment over the phone with one of the partners of the business. It is then my job to close the sale and have a more in depth discussion with the buyer about what product is best for him. What we expect from you: -Outstanding communication skills -Confident, calm, cool and collected -Experience with using the Hubspot CRM -Logging all calls correctly including detailed notes (no short cuts) -English as a native language preferred but not essential -Honesty, integrity and transparency (do the job well and properly, no short cuts and you will be rewarded accordingly) -Work Monday- Friday 10am-3pm Melbourne Time -Hitting your daily targets What's on offer: -Hourly rate of $7 per hour however, if you hit your daily targets you will receive a $20 dollar bonus each day. -Fun Team -Working for a high end fitness equipment company -Flexible work environment and hours Please send me a message if this interests you and I will then email you a script, which you can read and make a voice recording for me to listen. Good Day! I am interested to apply and willing to be trained anytime. I have a previous job in BPO Company (travel account) as a Travel Associate, handling Outbound and Inbound Calls but mostly outbound call since we need to contact the passengers and airlines even hotels. Contacting them regarding on their itinerary that was booked with Expedia, the main cause was the airline has an airline schedule changes there may be air tariff, typhoon or major changes. Handling Travel Account (North America) is not an easy task. That's why I know to myself that I learned a lot in work environment and behavior of good employee. In my previous job, we processed involuntary changes and providing a resolution on the passenger's reservation to have a possible flights. Handled inbound and outbound call, is difficult which helps me to be productive, work under pressure, trustworthy and multi tasks. Showing empathy to your clients are very important because in this way they will give their trust to the company which is a good strategy for building the company into success.
