Please check the videos posted below for type of work I'm looking. The video shows how the wall construction is done for the lagoon and how the turbines are placed to produce electricity, when water level changes. I'm looking to make similar video with little changes in addition to that. I anticipate video less than 90 second long. Let me know if you can make the video as shown in below samples. Provide only relevant (water projects) samples.

When you bid, tell me how you will make this animation and what software you plan to use. I don't want generic proposals. When you bid, provide actual amount and not placeholder amount and write "Sea Lagoon" before writing proposal, so I know you understand what is work. I will ignore proposals without "Sea Lagoon" keywords.
The plot is like this : We show Earth and moon revolving, then we focus on earth and zoom to the lagoon. Then we show how the wall is constructed. How turbines revolve when water level changes from either side. We don't need to show people moving.
The wall construction is shown in two ways. One is like the Video you see. Other way is Using Steel Columns and concrete walls with multiple lagoons together e.g. 4 of them like 4 bedroom home, so water can be controlled in each room using sluice gates.
