The CHERISH Project is a 5 year EU funded project concerned with the recording and monitoring of coastal heritage threatened by coastal erosion. A major part of our project involves the collection of 3D data of archaeological sites around the coasts of Wales and Ireland.
We now wish to convert our data into 3D models that are able to be uploaded to our SketchFab account for consumption by the general public. They will be used to publicise our project and show how climate change is damaging these important sites.
Our goals:
- To prepare 3 digital 3D models of archaeological sites to upload onto our sketchfab account (with the intention of preparing more digital models as more data is processed throughout the project). Source data was collected by UAV and has been processed in Agisoft Metashape to dense pointcloud.
The exact desired outputs are outlined in the attached document.
