I need a programmer for a city simulation game in Unreal Engine 5.
This can be an ongoing work.
For the first tasks I need:
1) A road creation system for different types of roads (one lane, two lanes, etc).
2) A zoning mechahism for different types of buildings: residentail/commercial/industrial.
3) A spawning/construction of buildings on those zones.
4) I don't need any 3D modeling.
Please give two estimations: for a flat groundplane with no rivers and for a freeform ground with mountains and rivers.
See games like SimCity 4 and Cities Skylines as references (especialy how the zoning mechanics work), I'd need something very similar.
