VB.Net application that uses google calendar api v3

I need someone to create a simple application (i don't care about the UI, i am also a vb.net programmer, so i will continue it on my own later on) in vb.net. The aim of the project is to use the google calendar api.

i need a windows form application that ....

1) will be able to create new calendar under an email account....

2) share that calendar with specific people (emails) that the user will be able to provide at that time

3) delete people from a specific shared calendar and delete a specific calendar also

4) create a new event on a specific calendar by passing all the available inputs. (things like color, date start, time start, etc)

5) add guests to an event...

6) alter an existing event (update, edit, delete)

7) read the events of a specific chosen calendar in a datagridview (nothing fancy needed)

i am expecting a full instructions document (nothing fancy, just clear instructions) on what needs to be done later on for the code to work, how to create API keys (if needed), dlls and so on.

the code must have comments and be clear.

i don't care if the code is original or copied from somewhere else, as long as it is secure, legit and robust.

the person who wants to get this project, must know English well so that we can have a proper discussion and make things clear.

in order to accept someone's offer, he must agree that i will not pay for his/her services in case that my goals (mentioned above) have not met. i am expecting a fully working code written in visual basic .net based on framework 3.5 and above.

when tests are done and the project is working as it should, i will release payment.

PS. if the work's quality is really good, i will continue with that person for other projects i am about to post.

i should also inform you that there is a small budget on this project of about 50-55$
