Animated music video to promote both musician and animator

This is perhaps a bit different from the general listings here on vworker.

I'll give some details.

And up and coming musician friend of mine is preparing to release his debut album. He is a really talented guy and I'm gonna help him with online promotion in any way I can and throwing some weight behind that since that is what I generally work in.

Music and video go together like coffee and milk and I'm wondering if there are any aspiring creative types out there who would be interested in working on this for a modest fee and instead being promoted alongside the video?

I'm not saying there won't be money, just saying there won't be a ton...

So I'd suggest those who are in any way intrigued by this proposition get in touch with me and maybe include some samples of their work if possible + if they have any idea what sort of minimum payment their efforts would require.

I can in turn send you a sample of the guys music and we'll see if the different parties want to work together :)

For the record: The budget and estimated hours and such are just ballpark figures that can be negotiated once contact is established.
