Create a 5min Flash Video for a kickstarter project

Hi I want to create a video for my kickstarter project. In order to work on this project you will receive:

- a description of the project

-a transcript of the video (audio and text)

-a color scheme

-a walk-through of the video

The video should be humorous and fun and will be completely animated.

You can use any tool to create the video, but Flash is preferred.
