2 minutes video

I want to video to show a group of old people working (using traditional way) in a factory. Later a group of young people joining the company. At the beginning they have argument but later someone come into them and they are willing to combine and work together. (video showing they have new machines, computers, work place from dirty to clean, products output become more and everybody is feeling happy.) Video can be graphic, animation and don't need real people. I want this to be done in the next 20 hours (by 12pm Malaysia time - 12 Jan'19) Simple and not so complected because I have a very low budget. Thank you.
