Hi! Im Joanna Marie Tria. I’m currently a Quality Analyst for a BPO here in the Philippines. I have an outstanding record as an agent for 1 year and 9 months and was pulled out as Mentor due to my skills in training people with the product. After a month, I was already promoted as a Quality Analyst reviewing behaviors, trends and product knowledge calibration for agents under our line of business. I’m well known to be an ambassador for our Company and department too. I’ve received several awards and recognitions for hitting client target for stats and was also the only agent who has been chosen to be presented to our US partners with call sample to be used for training. I was also recently awarded by our company for being nominated as a Performer who’ve exceeded not just the client’s expectation but also able to exhibit good working relationship with my colleagues. I am very capable and confident on whatever task will be given to me and I’m very resolution driven.
