Personal Assistant, Recruiter and Supervisor

Hi there,
I'm looking for an assistant that I can pass some important obligations within our organization. I pretty much need somebody that is "me" making sure that everybody is doing the right job the way it should.
Some of the Important Duties:
- Supervizing call center team: hearing daily recorded calls and checking daily received emails to evaluate customer experience and answers.
- Recruitment: in case we need a replacement, this person will be in charge of interviewing and making sure to find the right fit for us.
- Supervizing graphic designer: making sure the creatives done by the graphic designer are just top and not a random work.
- Supervizing video editor: make sure videos look HD and grammar without any mistakes.
- Supervizing landing page creation: make sure the landers created by our team members are correctly done. Please, make sure to tell me what's your favorite animal at the beginning of the job proposal.
- Supervizing live chat team: make sure customers are getting the right answers via live chat and also on social media ads.
Note: there will be some extra duties
In case a task is needed it will be communicated. I'm looking for a very long term team member that can follow instructions the way it should and must be EXTREMELY ORGANIZED. This person must be very willing to learn and grow with my team.
This position is for somebody that is willing to work 7 days a week without complaining since growth is the number one goal within my organization, and that means for everybody.
