We're looking for an ambitious and talented virtual assistant - someone who's going to stay with us for at least 1-2 years. You won't be stuck in place as you can get promoted. Become a part of the Unignorable team and work with innovative companies that are transforming industries around the globe. Above your proposal, include the number of years Martin Sorrell worked in WPP. Job responsibilities: 1. Daily cold outreach (strategy, emails, and software will be provided). 2. Market research for clients. 3. General administrative tasks like email filtering and data entry. Non-negotiable qualifications: 1. Alignment with our values + confidentiality (culture deck attached). 2. Ability to get the job done no matter what. 3. Ability to learn new things fast and often. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. 5. Extreme attention to detail. 6. Basic knowledge of technical tools like Google Sheets. Preferable qualifications: 1. Experience with tools like Woodpecker, Notion, and Pipedrive. 2. Past experience working as a virtual assistant. 3. Past experience working at an ad agency. Payments There are 3 components of your monthly salary: 1. Base monthly salary ($300) 2. Commission for each new client that you've found ($100/client) 3.
