Short Voice Over Project

We are looking for a talented voice over artist for a short voice over project.
We are a company that makes engaging ESL / EFL materials. This is for ESL / EFL lessons that will reside in our app (and possibly other media platforms).
This project will contain around 300 words of narration or reading of a short conversation script.
The following is the requirement:
- Accent-free voice, standard American English (slight Canadian accent is okay)
- Ability to record in a quiet environment with very minimal background noise
- Record high quality sound with good microphone
- Put in some emotion to reading a story or reading as a character in a conversation script
We may ask you for a short clip of your voice sample.
Also, please let us know if you have a partner of opposite gender since we have conversation scripts that features both male and female. So, if you are a female, please tell us if there is a male that can work with you. If you are a male, please tell us if there is a female that can work with you.
(If not, for conversation script, you'll be asked just to read parts for one character)
We have more lessons that require voice over and we add lessons periodically.
