Who's the best at getting PAID signups?

Ok all you wonderful Freelancers,

Here's the deal:

I need to know who is the best at getting paid signups for MLM-type websites.

Review the program and describe to me how you would get signups.

I require an estimation of how long it will take to get 100 members and a breakdown of how much you will charge per signup.

I will review all profiles of bidders, so this is a chance to show off what you've done in the past.

This is a pay upon performance job.
