10 hours of work emailing bloggers

I have a list of thousands of blogs that we wish to contact. What we need:
1) Visit the blog and get it's Google PageRank using a toolbar such as the seobook toolbar or the google toolbar
2) Find a contact email address or contact page to contact the blogger and paste the email address or the contact page URL to the spreadsheet. We prefer Email Address when possible.
3) We will give you access to the email account from which we would like to contact these bloggers so that you can send out emails. Copy and paste a form letter email but put in the bloggers name where possible (Many bloggers post their names somewhere on the blog), and send the email to the blogger from our email account.
4) Do this for 10 hours, spread out over three days (ie 3 hrs first day, 3 hours second, and 4 hours on the last).
5) We will see how much progress you make after ten hours based on how many emails you have sent as well as how many bloggers respond.
6) If you do a good job after the first 10 hours, we will do this again with you for another 10-30 hours as we have many bloggers we need to contact. We also will likely have similar projects in the future.
PLEASE BID FOR 10 HOURS ONLY--YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW THE FOLLOWING IN ORDER TO BID:
1) How to use the web and read and understand english in order to find the blogger's name/email address.
2) How to use an email program such as outlook/outlook expess/mozilla thunderbird, etc.
3) Be truthful and honest with regards to time spent.
ONCE AGAIN--PLEASE BID FOR THIS PROJECT FOR 10 HOURS SPREAD OUT OVER THREE DAYS.
