ALL FLASH AND PSD ARE CREATED. ALL WE NEED ARE YOU TO MAKE A JOOMLA SITE. NO FLASH OR PSD WORK WILL BE NEEDED. JUST JOOMLA!
We are looking for a Joomla designer who can handle the following project. Please read the entire email and add the hidden phrase to the PMB to be considered for the project. This is to make sure you read the entire project.
I have attached screen shots of the psds and psd with the integrated flash.
We have a Flash homepage, a screen shot is attached.
-Flash for homepage, flash will be provided. Need flag image to fill screen
-need cms (joomla) for simple site, WE ARE ONLY CONNECTING TWO STATES TO THE INTERNAL PAGE, BUT WILL NEED INSTRUCTIONS TO CONNECT OTHER PAGES. AT TOTAL OF 32 PAGES.
-need layout exactly as presented in psd files
-all images and content on internal pages must be editable
-need text editor function available for all content
-would like to have option to change header background color for internal pages (will discuss)
-needs to be functional in Safari, Firefox, IE

-fixed width, no fixed height
-all psd files will be provided
