Illustrator to HTML eBay Template

I have a template already designed by me in ILLUSTRATOR.
I need it exactly as it is, converted in HTML, which means you will have to slice few images, and place the links which i will provide.
The template is 1 PAGE only, and is to be used for eBay listing which means no javascript in the HTML code.
I have done it myself, but the reason I'm looking to hire someone is because the text size and the design was messed up in eBay listing, but yet it was not when i open it on firefox or IE on my computer.
Payment by freelance milestone only, and money will be released once i verify that the template displays properly on eBay.
