I need work on converting my projects psd pages into html and these pages should be table free (use the div elements)
• At minimum, the live area with content should be contained horizontally at 960 pixels.
• Feedback button should "snap" to the side of the browser and follow user when scrolling up and down the page
• When a user expands past 960 pixels, left and right elements needs to expand accordingly (IE: logo and sign up) to optimize horizontal width of page.
