POST DESCRIPTION Complete project budget is US$20-50K. ONLY U.S. FREELANCER, Stage # 1: Bilingual Ecommerce (Spanish/English) Website: - Multi currency – Multi Companies -Multivendors - GiftCards –Guaranty & Returns Module - Inventory – Multi Stores - Payments Module Gateway (Every country will have different payment methods) - Accounts Receivable module. Promotions and Discounts Module. (Prize) Rewards Module, and others. One ecommerce website for Fashion products, and another ecommerce website for digital products (laptos, computers, tablets, etc.) with similar functionalities. Stage # 2: Affiliate Networking Website, including a Multilevel Marketing – Networking website. Both must be integrated with the Ecommerce website. Affiliates and Promoters (Sponsors) will be capable of designing their own Minisite (Replicated sites for Affiliates and Promoters ). Freelancers will design at least 6 different home pages for Affiliates and Promoters where they can select from, and they are also capable of designing their own home pages due to Freelancers must develop or incorporate a Website builder in order to Affiliates can design their own home pages. A robust downline builder engine, Affiliates and Promoters will use subdomain in this format: “[login to view URL]”, and their own email address: “Juanita*[login to view URL]” Stage # 3: 1) Develop our own sophisticated messaging Module built-in advertising tools (Email Marketing Systems), Including SMS outgoing message module. Freelancers could set up Roundcube, MailChimp or another one as our email marketing tool. Must be integrated or connected to our ecommerce and affiliate networking website to promote our products. 2) Social Network with marketing tool, capable to be connected with our message systems module, Personal Affiliates’s social network. Social Engine or another one could be set up and upgrade to match with our requirements. Stage # 4: 1) Develop an app for each category of our ecommerce, example: Shoes, Glasses, Suites, etc. Around 10 apps with the same functionalities, differs only for filters 2) An app to join functionalities of our email marketing system, our social network, chat, etc. Stage # 5: 1) An ERP to support all of the transaction of our complete project, as well as to send information to the ecommerce platform. Accounting, Receivable Account, Payable Account, Fixed Assets, Banking, etc. 2) P.O.S. for our vendors that does not have a web-based software to keep inventory in real time. No fees for licenses is needed. We prefer an open source solution to get our ERP, or pay for just one license at one time. In the same way our P.O.S. Freelancers must consider the project will have a lot of customizations for our specific market (South America). 4 different type of clients. By setting, each type of client will have different level price according with the price of each product also. Freelancer should be able to communicate through Skype and agree to have at least 1 conference call/week. Freelancer will develop entirely at clients server and DB. Freelancer agrees that the client will hold complete ownership of the sources. Sources will be fully delivered before final payment is released.
