Database that allows users to submit serial numbers on bank notes to which other users can login and view.. Users will need a basic profile to work from.
Needs to have a map feature to track the notes location GoogleAPI or similar..
Few other features auto income generating banner ads that can be removed by payment.. Etc
You can choose whether Wordpress or not,
Really up to you how you go about the database but I will need to be able to change content easily preferably by using a web designer package.
All graphics and text will be provided.
