We are a British company needing a long term partnership with a web designer. We will offer a monthly retainer plus a percentage of the gross profits generated by the sites, for the duration of our agreement.
The agreement is to run, initially for one year but we would hope it would be long term. The agreement can be terminated by either party with one months notice, however we will guarantee your income for one year once you have completed two months with us (even if you leave). We will place one months money in Escrow at the beginning of each month and oay you at the end.
Your work will be mainly building websites although we may ask for IT help at other times. We will be able to sell your work on in the UK when we dont have enough work for you ourselves and, at those times, we would offer you a bonus payment.
Please submit your bid, stating the average no. of hours per week you will commit, your monthly rate and the percentage of gross profit you require, along with what you would require when we sell your work on.
