Consultation word press site with an ordering system

Looking for a pro to complete the following: I have ordered a ready to use WP theme. 1) Set up a ready to use theme with an order system. 2) Slightly customize the theme including some pictures, icons, fonts, colors and maybe some layouts. He will need to design a word based logo (very simple) ,and create some icons for services the site offers. The layout can be simplified, but maintain pretty much the same design of the theme. 3) Set up the ordering system with multiple gateways inlcuding paypal and stripe. The theme is woocommerce ready. 4) The theme comes with mailchimp ready. Set up it and make sure that it can take in subscribers and send out newsletters. 5) Set up a language switch to allow people to use different languages. The theme comes with WPML. I will try to set up 14 languages. The plugin cannot do all translation and the translation may not be 100% accurate. So he will help find how to do manually edit the translation or add translated content in addition to the machine translated content. 6) The theme comes with a contact form. Make sure it works well and can send knowledgement of receipt to the sender. 7) Install needed plugins that help site performance, security and SEO, and other common features that are important to a wordpress site. The theme comes a lot of pluginn. I may only need your recommendaion of plugins for performance, security and SEO and help install them and make them work. So it is essential that the pro has the knowledge, experience and skills to get all these tasks done satisfactory. Need to get the site set up as soon as possible. It would be best if you can help finish the project in 3 or 4 days. So the essential skills should include wordpress, woocommerce/payment gateways, subscription system, WPML. some graphic design would help. A more detailed description will be provided.
