First I am a yoga teacher who built a Wordpress website that is hosted on Host Gator. It has been active for 5+ years. Over the past 4 days, my CPU usage spiked enough that I am shut down. I suspect crawlers... and am in the dark as to what to do about it. Host Gator is not able to be of much help, and recommend reaching out on this website for assistance. They recommended having someone create a specific [login to view URL] file for my site.
I am looking for someone who can help review my website for this issue and perhaps help me avoid them in the future.
