Migrate WP site to other domain and search/replace URLs in database

We have a webpage, and we have a sub-domain on which the new webpage has been developed and is ready. I need you to take the finished wordpress site from the development domain, and copy it onto the main domain.
You need to update the database, so all URLs are correct, and ensure there are no database problems.
Using Updraft, a simple backup/restore plugin, we got the database collation error indicated in the attached graphics.
