I'm looking for a very simple Wordpress plugin.

I have a list of serial numbers (eg 10' 000 serial numbers in a csv file or similar that i upload)

I want that every new user is associated to a new serial number. e.g. user1 recieves serial number1, user2 serial number2 ...... user10000 serialnumber10000 etc.

I want to displayed serial number on frontend of useraccout using shortcode.

Example: [serial-number]

For the serialnumber i don't care about format. I could upload them in any fileformat, you tell me what is best/easiest.

- Must not change any Wordpress core code

- Must be Wordpress 4.6.1 compatible

- Freelancer must be able to communicate in English and accessible by online chat
