I am graduate Mechanical Engineer and I had enjoyed a progressively responsible engineering career with FOAR Innovative (Pvt) Ltd (Pakistan) as a Design & Fabrication Engineer. I am experienced in design and fabrication of different systems, from conception to production stages. I had designed following main parts: • Designed parts using SolidWorks during the prototype assembly of MOD-AP-1600 • Design of Modular Asphalt Plant (MOD-AP-1600). • Design and Fabrication of Pug Mill Plant (300 tph)including subsystems like Feed Hoppers, Conveyors, Paddle Mixer and delivery Hopper etc. • Preparation of BOM of Pug Mill Plant (300 tph). • Preparation of working drawing/ Work Instructions of Pug Mill Plant (300 tph). • Design of Plant Sub systems as Feed Conveyer, Weighing Conveyer, Paddle Mixer, Hoppers. • Design of Tandem Axle for Pug Mill Plant (300 tph).
